Cancellation Returns

You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day following delivery subject to the following conditions and returns process:

To return goods to us, you first need a Returns Number (RMA). To obtain your RMA number please complete our returns form.
The goods must be returned to us in plain outer packaging. Goods returned with labels stuck on the manufacturers box will be rejected.
Goods should be sent by a recorded method of delivery as proof of return may be required. They should also be insured in case the goods are damaged during return transit. Alternatively we can offer a collection service – charges are available on request.
You are responsible for the cost of sending back the goods.
The returns reference (RMA Number) must be clearly highlighted on the outside of the package in such a way that it does not damage the original retail packaging.
The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition. Software or warranties must not have been registered and must be in their original packaging with the seals intact. If the goods are not ‘as new’ we reserve the right to either reject the return or charge you a re-stocking fee which will be a minimum of 20% of the value of the goods.
When the goods are returned to our Warehouse they will undergo a full inspection to ensure all manuals and accessories are present and that the goods are in 'as new and resalable' condition. If any items are missing, your return will either be rejected, or missing parts will be charged for or deducted from any refund.
If you paid for us to do an additional service such as a predelivery inspection or express delivery, this won’t be refunded.
We are unable to take back any good that have been customised for your use.
We will refund you within 30 days of receipt of your goods. You will not be refunded your initial delivery charge or any credit card processing fee initially paid.
