The Voltek Outdoor B&W and the Colour Wireless Camera & Receiver systems have a 1.5 metre wire included between the camera and transmitter to allow effective camera positioning as well as an optimum transmitting position. The signal is then wirelessly transmitted to the receiver.
Up to 5 extension leads (75 metres total) can be added to increase the distance between the camera and transmitter. This will allow you to position the camera in places not suitable for the transmitter i.e. if you wanted to hide the camera or if the transmitter could be better placed to optimise the transmission.
